In our restaurant, Swabian tradition meets modern classics. Our cuisine conveys the diversity of the region – with ingredients that we select with care: beef from our Rose farm in the village, herbs from our own garden and seasonal products from neighbouring farms.

Whether in the cosy dining room, in the open air in the stone garden or on special occasions in the ballroom – we invite you to discover the culinary soul of Swabia. Honest cuisine is created from simple ingredients – refined with recipes from grandmother’s time and accompanied by beer from the village.

Freshly cooked and seasonally inspired, we serve you appetizer and main course. Daily changing dishes with vegetarian alternative.

Breakfast lover
The smell of coffee accompanied by warm bread rolls, homemade spreads and regional ingredients – our buffet the perfect start to the day.
Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 – 10:00 a.m.
Other times on request.
If you leave earlier, we will be happy to put together a packed breakfast for you. Please inform the reception by 6:00 p.m. the evening before.

Kräuterlounge & Rosenstüble
Our comfortably furnished restaurant and modern restaurant with bar offer comfortable space for 100 people.
In the rustic Rosenstüble, up to 18 people can be comfortably together and enjoy their time.
Winter garden & terrace
In the romantic winter garden, small parties of up to 23 people have a nice place.
Our house also has a terrace where you can enjoy the sun.
There are plenty of parking spaces available, and buses are also welcome!
